These Terms of Service govern the use of the smartphone application “Go Out Checklist” (the “Service”) provided by Maeda Kota (the “Service Provider”).
In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific person, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and email address.
The Service Provider will carefully and appropriately manage personal information entrusted by users to prevent unauthorized access, loss, leakage, or other incidents.
The Service may request users to provide personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and email address. Except where handling is permitted as an exception under applicable laws and regulations, such personal information will be used for the following purposes:
The Service uses Google Analytics to analyze usage through cookies. As a result, certain user information, such as IP addresses, may be collected by Google Inc. This information is used to analyze usage of the website and application, create reports for service operators, and provide other related services. By using the website and application of the Service Provider, users are deemed to have consented to such data processing by Google for the purposes and methods described above.
Personal information entrusted by users will not be provided to third parties without the user’s consent, except in cases where disclosure is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.
The Service does not provide a means to stop the automatic transmission of user information. If users wish to stop the automatic transmission of user information, they must uninstall the Service. In addition, the Service does not provide a means to delete user information from the Service Provider’s servers.
The Service uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google Inc., to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use certain information such as device information, advertising identifiers (including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)), IP address, and usage data for the purpose of providing personalized advertisements and analyzing advertising performance. Such information may be shared with Google and its advertising partners in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
